In the first Chapter, we do our desk research. We dive into your company and analyse everything there is to know about your brand and the market.
This is where we meet and discuss your company and the brand you desire to become. This is the start of your brand story.
Chapter 3 entails the second 4-hour strategic session, in which we determine your position in the market, your mission, vision, purpose, archetype and future goals. After this strategic session, we work out the second part of your company profile.
Chapter 2 entails an extensive 4-hour strategic session, in which you will gain insight in your company values and a blueprint of your company. This session is just the start. After the strategic session we work out the first part of your company profile, which is presented to you in the next session.
In Chapter 5, we create your brand concept from
a-z, from the creative positioning to the tone of voice to the pay-off.
In Chapter 4 we present you with your company profile, in which we process all the findings from the strategic sessions into a clear whole. A short and powerful strategy that you can start using right away to steer your brand in the right direction.
With a set wish list of communication tools and a set budget, we create everything you need to (re)launch your brand in Chapter 7. This entails everything you need for your online & offline communication.
In Chapter 6, we determine the visual core identity, in which we present you with your company branding. An all-encompassing branding with all the ingredients to visually shape your brand.
In Chapter 9, we give you the confidence to set off your new or renewed brand (or service / product) like a firecracker. In this chapter we activate your brand through a launch campaign and/or brand activation. To reach your target group, we roll out a campaign and promote your brand through the channels and activations that appeal to your target group, guaranteeing that your brand is received.
In Chapter 8, we complete the strategic and creative process and take the results from our creative process into production.
In Chapter 10, we determine the course for the future. It’s always a good idea to keep working on your brand strategy and keep your branding on track. Where needed, we schedule monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly sessions to keep fueling the fire of your brand.
Roeby is the offspring of a small fashion empire. Her ambition to work in the creative field was instilled in her from a young age, which led her to become the youngest creative at Chapters. As a side project, Roeby runs an online vintage living shop, a hobby she shared with her grandfather and named after him. Roeby is creative, chatty and always upbeat.
Joana is the founder of Chapters. She was born in Portugal and rose to her potential in her early twenties, when she became the creative director of an advertising agency whilst she was still in school. Combining work and her studies have shaped Joana to become the multi-talented entrepreneur she is today. She is a closeted shopaholic and loves her bulldogs more than anything. Joana is very driven, dedicated and always thoughtful.
