A high fashion couple gets married in Italy; a 3-day event that was branded and styled to detail by Chapters. It became the most stylish affair that lives on forever in our memories.
Chapters was invited to design a wedding branding, and to attend the wedding all the way in Monteriggioni, Italy to make sure all branding was styled to detail. The wedding venue was very traditional - classic Italian. The couple loves high fashion, it’s part of their lifestyle. How do we bring fashion and tradition together in a 3-day wedding event?
In our concept, we took inspiration from the most celebrated Italian high fashion designer - Gucci. We reinvented the signature Gucci print to create the wedding brand identity. We invited Dean Martin to the party with his classic Italian song ‘That’s Amore’ and translated the song into the wedding theme. The clash of the romantic heritage of the venue and the contemporary branding created a union almost equally special to the union of two people in love.
We took all elements of the wedding into the design, with illustrations of the venue added to the print work, and a branded hoodie that served as the wedding invitation - which all the guests wore on their way to the wedding. Like a true fashion event, we branded the hell out of it. With goodie bags, wristbands, and a program booklet, the wedding became a full-on fashion affair.
What is a wedding without capturing the memories?
For ‘That’s Amore’ Chapters created an Instagram account on which the entire wedding is documented - from the preparations to the afterglow. For the event itself, we created and branded the wedding styling
to detail — creating an affair to remember.
